Special luminaires - RijnWaalpad

The RijnWaalpad, the express cycle route between Arnhem and Nijmegen, was officially put into operation in July 2015. The route partly uses existing roads and cycle paths and partly new cycle paths. Lightronics provides, with the by Iris Dijkstra (Atelier LEK) designed unique LED Chain luminaire, the lighting of the 15.8 kilometres long RijnWaalpad.

The RijnWaalpad luminaire is part of the corporate identity and a logo for the route. The contrast of the armature with the background is reduced during the day and at night.
