New construction project 'Between Zool and Zeine

The industrial site at Eerste Zeine in Waalwijk has been redeveloped into a residential area with 60 new homes. The plan consists of terraced houses, corner houses, attached houses and semi-detached houses.  All homes are gas-free and also very energy-efficient.

The energy-efficient PRUNUS B luminaires complete the street scene here. The PRUNUS B3 has a structured lens-shaped lampshade that ensures good light distribution and a comfortable light display. The luminaires are 3000K (warm white) and set at a luminous intensity of 1500 lumens with an asymmetrical profile.  All luminaires are dimmable and switchable by means of DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface). DALI lighting control is a solution for communication between luminaires and all devices connected to them, thereby saving even more energy costs.
