Residential street - Hoorn

Bangert and Oosterpolder is a neighborhood in the northeastern part of the municipality of Hoorn located in the villages of Zwaag and Blokker. At the end of 2005, the first houses of a total of 3400 houses for sale and rent, were completed. There is a division into two spheres: Waterland (where water plays an important role) and Hoge Hemen (with small neighborhoods around central locations).

The municipality of Hoorn has chosen the LUZ and AMPULLA for many years now because of the modern look of the conical fixtures. A nice detail is that in Hoorn the light covers of the AMPULLA are not textured but clear, just like the LUZ. In this way the luminaires have an uniform appearance. Hoorn has now fitted the conventional fixtures with an energy-efficient LED module.
