Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz is a station of the Berlin Metro, located under the square of the same name in the Berlin district of Friedenau. The subway station was opened on January 29, 1971 and is part of line U9.

For the lighting of the entrances to the platform, we made a lighting calculation with VENTEGO luminaires. The VENTEGO luminaires are installed in a light line, which consists of blind pieces, double caps and cable ducts for the wiring. Speakers have also been built into a number of blind sections.

Reduce your energy and maintenance costs and improve safety with durable and efficient LED (tunnel) lighting. IP65 luminaire VENTEGO is a very flat, extremely impact resistant (5x IK 10), vandal resistant surface mounted luminaire. This makes the luminaire ideally suited for tunnels, underpasses, parking garages, police stations, prisons, portals and streetcar, bus, metro and train stations. VENTEGO is available in 2 standard lengths, depending on lumen output, and is suitable for individual mounting, line lighting and corner mounting.
