The conical CEDER luminaire can be used for a wide range of applications in public spaces. The Cedar tree, a hardy survivor, symbolises Lightronics’ vision of sustainability and the development goals for the CEDER luminaire. The core values of that vision include corporate social responsibility, social value, circularity, social safety and quality. The CEDER is available in three variants: A1-Bright, A2-White and A3-Night. You can opt for purely functional light, a more diffuse type of illumination or high-comfort illumination. We carry out calculations and simulations to give you a better idea of the lighting experience and make recommendations for optimising lighting comfort and minimising light nuisance.

The CEDER has been designed for maximum circularity. Reduce, reuse and recycle are the main keywords here. We minimise the use of raw materials, maximise the reuse of parts and make high-quality recycling possible. The design has been optimised to eliminate glue and sealant application operations. The collar can be recycled at the end of the luminaires’ service life and used as a base material for a new light post, or a similar component. The aluminium parts are anodised to allow future recycling without additional treatment to remove a coating.
The CEDER can be equipped with smart electronics and sensors. The luminaire can be made future-ready by incorporating Zhaga connectors in the housing. Because the LED-board and driver unit can also be replaced quickly and without tools, subsequent integration of the latest lighting technology is fast and easy. The housing of the CEDER is built from smart sub-assemblies to ensure fast assembly of the final product with minimal use of tools.
The choice is yours, ranging from CLO (Constant Lumen Output), motion detection and communication between luminaires to integrating an existing management system or preparing for sensors. You can also opt for different luminaire finishes: functional or more stylish.
Lightronics’ luminaires feature CLO (Constant Lumen Output) or five standard dimming modes (1A, 2A, 3A, 4A and 5A), which alter the power and light intensity based on preconfigured time settings.
Lightronics offers full system integration with Controlled Solutions. This includes the use of communication modules from brands such as CityTouch, Luminext, TVilight or Remoticom. Motion detection with local communication by RF is a further possibility. Controlled Solutions projects are tailor-made solutions that involve additional charges for the initial analysis, system configuration and the final acceptance procedure.
The PRUNUS A post-top luminaire has a transparent or semi-frosted light cover and is available with various light distributions. Because the light distribution can be precisely determined, the PRUNUS provides light where and when required in public spaces.
The PRUNUS B is a saucer-shaped post-top luminaire that is available with a narrow or wide rim, a flat or light cover and an optional LED ring at the top. The different shape of the hood and type of diffuser characterise the three variants of the PRUNUS B.
The KFK is ideal for residential areas, back alleys and business parks. The different lens configurations guarantee optimal light output. The KFK prevents light nuisance and improves traffic safety.
